My Experience

Kasaba (Carla & Siyaraty)

In Kasaba, I'm designing & redesigning interfaces to improve conversion, user experience and transparency, creating A/B tests to find out the best options for thousands of users.

I'm also conducting user interviews and surveys, creating user flows to better understand our users and leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Hotjar to understand how users interact with our apps and website.

I have also lead the creation of a UI kit to improve efficiency and maintainability.

Red&Grey Agency & Other Clients

Red&Grey Agency is where I began my journey. I've gained valuable experience working on various projects including projects for top companies in Turkey (I was on TV 📺😄). This opportunity has enhanced my collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills as I handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

I also had the opportunity to freelance for various clients, where I managed the entire process, enhancing my skills in presenting and explaining design choices while improving my planning skills.

Beeontrade

Working for a startup was a tiring but rewarding experience. During my time in Beeontrade, I gained valuable insights into understanding business needs, building UX awareness, systemizing interface design, writing documentation, leading projects which involved managing agencies, developers and designers.
